What is included in My Pets Boarding Stay?

For our pups who have passed their Meet and Greet evaluation, they will be rotated in specialized small playgroups throughout the day during their stay. Play time rotations are currently included in the cost of dog boarding!

When your dog isn't outside playing, they will be relaxing in a climate controlled private suite enjoying some downtime to refresh and recharge.

If your dog has been approved to have bedding, we do offer a raised bed and blankets to keep them comfy during downtime in their suite. We do not charge extra for feeding or Medication administration. *we cannot administer any injectable medications at this time*

We pride ourselves on attention to detail and know how important it is for your dog to be cared for as they would at home. To ensure that we are able to feed and medicate your dog to your exact specifications, we do require you to fill out our Boarding Intake Form and Medication Sheets to be brought with you on drop off.

Please note, social play groups on the weekends are typically smaller and more specialized in relation to the mix of dogs we have staying with us.

Boarding Reservations

What do I need to make a Dog Boarding Reservation?

If you are a new customer:

Before scheduling your Boarding Reservation, please make sure you have first scheduled and passed the Meet and Greet evaluation.

If you are a returning customer:
  • Complete our Booking Request Form here to make your reservation & ensure you have received confirmation.

  • Make sure we have up-to-date vaccination info before arrival.

  • Download and fill out our Packing List which contains your Boarding Intake Form below.

  • If your dog has any special needs or medications, make sure you fill out our Medication Form (also located in our Packing List) and give to our Receptionist. It is your responsibility to ensure this is filled out correctly.

    • Please do not add medications to pre-bagged food, we have strict protocols on how we administer medications to ensure they are properly swallowed and administer them separate from the food.

  • Bring your dog's own food in an appropriately sized resealable container or in individual baggies.

    • Please refrain from bringing large full bags of food unless your dog is staying for an extended time. We like to ensure food is sealed properly for freshness and have limited storage space for large bags of food.

  • We provide our own clean bowls and blankets. If your pet requires a slow feeder to eat out of, please bring that and we will feed them from their own personal slow-feeder bowl.

Can I bring blankets, toys, and treats?

We prefer that you not bring personal items, as we cannot guarantee their condition upon checkout; however, if you would like to bring your own bed and blankets, they MUST be machine washable as we do our best to wash all belongings before checkout to make sure they go home clean and fresh!

We can also provide your pet with our house fleece blankets and raised beds if you choose to keep your belongings at home.

If your dog is a known chewer or shredder of blankets, we ask that you notify us prior to Boarding so that we can ensure your dog does not have access to anything that could be hazardous to them should they ingest it.

Any toys or bones that can be easily destroyed are prohibited as they can pose a choking hazard. Please see our list of prohibited toys and chews: rawhides, bones, C.E.T. chews, plush toys, ropes, balls.

We do encourage you to bring your dog some tasty treats, as long as they are easily chewed and swallowed. Biscuit type treats that crumble when eating are best!

If you have packed any treat or toy that we deem as a possible safety risk, please understand that it will not be given and will be kept with their belongings.

Should I bring my own dog food?

Yes, we strongly encourage you to bring your own food from home! A sudden change in your dogs diet can cause stomach upset causing great discomfort for your dog.

Bring your dog's own food in an appropriately sized resealable container or in individual baggies and please refrain from bringing large full bags of food unless your dog is staying for an extended time. We like to ensure food is sealed properly for freshness and have limited storage space for large bags of food.

Occasionally we do have some clients who, in the rush of packing, forget to bring food. Please note there is a Pet Supplies Plus just up the road if you need to make a quick run before drop off.

We do provide our own food for an additional charge - please see below for cost. If you are interested in this option, our staff can give you some tips on how to better transition your dog between different foods.
